Temporary to Direct Hire

Many times it is appropriate to use a Temporary-to-Direct-Hire approach in staffing your company. Working with Allstaff Services Inc affords you the opportunity of seeing and evaluating a potential core employee's performance before committing to a contract or long term relationship.

Our Account Executives will work closely with you to develop a program that will allow you a predetermined amount of time to asses the abilities of our screened and trained Associates. If at any time during the temp-to-direct probationary period either side wishes to terminate the relationship, it can be dissolved quickly and easily with no liability for either party. This saves you from all the HR hassles involved in having to terminate an undesirable employee who has only been working for you a short period of time. At the end of the probationary/evaluation period, you can simply transfer the Allstaff Associate to your payroll upon mutual agreement.

Direct Hire

When time or other circumstances warrant hiring an employee directly into your company, Allstaff Services has a program to save you time and expense. Our Direct Hire service places an employee directly on your payroll immediately, without any probationary or evaluation period. Simply contact one of our Account Executives, or fill out our Staffing Order Form, and then choose from a pool of qualified candidates we provide.

Your selection is made with the confidence that we have previously recruited, screened, interviewed and selected the best candidates to match your employment requirements. After you have reviewed the most qualified resumes, we will arrange interviews for you with the final candidates. The ultimate choice is yours, but without all the work and time normally involved in an employee search.

Payroll Services
